Price Is Right At Wynyard!

NEIL PRICE leads the way after the opening round of the Sky Sports Qualifying School for the 2005 PGA EuroPro Tour at the Wynyard Club in Cleveland.

Price, who hit a five-under-par 67, was one of just five players to register a below-par score at the halfway point of the Stage One event.

He is two shots ahead of Stuart Savage and Noel Fox, who went round in 69, while Mark Ramsdale (-2) and Mark Allen (-1) lead the chasing pack.

Seven players carded a level par 72, with eight players a further shot behind going into Thursday’s second day.

There are 60 places at Stage Two of Qualifying School up for grabs from the 117 players who began the event at Wynyard.
