2007 PGA EuroPro Tour Categories - 21/05/2007

THE Categories for the 2007 PGA EuroPro Tour have now been confirmed.

Players will take a place in one of the 13 categories for every PGA EuroPro Tour event, with priority of entry being given to the top 156/164 ranked players who have entered that tournament.

1. Players 1 to 50 from the 2006 PGA EuroPro Tour Order of Merit
2. 2007 Tournament Winners on the PGA EuroPro Tour
3. Players 1 to 30 and ties from the 2007 PGA EuroPro Tour Qualifying School
4. 12 Sponsors Invites - Regular events only (24 for overseas events)
5. The top 10 from previous tournament (Regular events only)
6. 2006 PGA Club Professional and National Assistants Champion, The winners of each of the seven 2006 PGA Regional Final Order of Merits and Players Holding Categories 7, 10 or 11 on the 2006 European Tour
7. Top 5 players from the Top 50 in the 2007 PGA Europro Tour Order of Merit not otherwise exempt
8. Players 31 - 120 from the 2007 PGA EuroPro Tour Qualifying School
9. Players 51 - 80 from the 2006 PGA EuroPro Tour Order of Merit
10. Players 2 - 10 from the 2006 Order of Merit of the PGA Region in which the tournament is played (regular tournaments only)
11. Top 10 players entering who hold Category 1 - 13 on the 2007 Challenge Tour
12. Players 121 - 240 from the 2007 PGA EuroPro Tour Qualifying School
13. Players from Stage 1 of the 2007 PGA EuroPro Tour Qualifying School
