DETAILS about the 2008 PGA EuroPro Tour season have been announced.
Qualifying School for the next campaign starts in early April and any golfer with a handicap of two or better has a chance to take their first steps to becoming a top professional.
The 2007 campaign was a great one for the Tour as a number of former players showing their talents at the highest level, including Ross Fisher (pictured right) who won the Dutch Open on the main European Tour in August.
Danny Nickless, operations manager for the PGA EuroPro Tour, said: "2007 was the best year yet for the PGA EuroPro Tour and with players such as Marc Warren, Zane Scotland, Lee Slattery and Ross Fisher, who have all played on the tour, coming through and playing so great on the world stage we are really starting to see the fruits of our labour.
"The fact that these players have competed on the tour numerous times proves that it is an amazing stepping stone to great things. We are pleased to release all our entry forms and regulations and any professional golfer or amatuer with a handicap 2 or better can enter.
"We have already released some of the courses that we will be visiting and will be announcing what will be the strongest schedule ever over January and February. This is very exciting times for the PGA EuroPro Tour so we urge these players to join us and find out whether they are the next Marc Warren or Ross Fisher!"
