Five Lakes Tournament underway - 02/09/2001

The final tournament of the 2008 PGA EuroPro Tour in Britain has begun at Five Lakes Golf and Country Club in Colchester.

The Tour heads to Spain's La Cala resort before the Tour Championship takes place at Les Bordes in France, but the players are focused on the £10,000 prize for first place in Essex as the season draws to a close.

Noel Fox (MMI) is top of the Order of Merit but it is a slender advantage he holds over Dale Marmion (Eaton). The top two tee-off at 12.57pm with the winner of the last event at East Sussex National, Selsdon Park's Daniel Gaunt.
