Four way play-off at Wensum Valley - 02/05/2008

Four players finished the opening EuroPro Tour event at Wensum Valley two under to force a four way play-off.

Lorne Kelly, Jamie Harris, Michael Hempstock and Seve Benson will battle it out down the final hole to end a fantastic start to the Tour in some very testing weather conditions.

Jamie Harris led overnight at three under par while Seve Benson had to complete his second round this morning, shooting three under to put himself in the running.

Hempstock birdied five holes on the back nine to get into the play-off while Kelly followed his second round one under with a round of two under today, reward for his one over par on the opening day, when the weather conditions made breaking par nigh on impossible.

The players are almost ready to go out now to battle for the £10,000 first prize and the trophy. Keep up to date with the dramatic events in Norfolk on this site!!!
