Hopefuls Chasing European Tour Spots - 16/06/2007

A HOST of players frmo the PGA EuroPro Tour are in action at the second phase of First Stage Qualifying for the European Tour this week.

32 PGA EuroPro Tour members progressed to Second Stage earlier in September, and many more are hoping to join them from Section B Qualifying.

St Annes Old Links is the only UK-based course hosting this week's event, with Noel Fox (pictured) and Mark Ramsdale among the contenders after two rounds.

Grant Hamerton, Tim Rice, John E Morgan, David Jones, Ian Keenan, David Astin, Simon Lilly, Eamonn Brady, Adam Constable and Jack Roherty are other PGA EUroPro Tour members well placed.

Paul Hendriksen is tied for eighth place after two rounds at Golf de Moliets.
