Northampton next stop for EuroPro Tour - 12/05/2008

After two exciting finishes to the opening events in the 2008 PGA EuroPro Tour, the third event takes place at Collingtree Park in Northampton this week.

So far this year we have had a four-way play-off at Wensum Valley in Norwich, won by Seve Benson, then Brian McElhinney crept over the line at The Shire London at seven under, with a trio of players hot on his heels at six under.

Last year's Collingtree event was a nail biter in itself, with Guy Woodman (pictured) coming out on top of a three-way play-off with Russell Claydon and Adam Frayne.

The Pro-Am for this year's event begins tomorrow at noon, with McElhinney one of the players involved. The first round of the tournament begins on Wednesday morning, with live scoring of the event available on this site by clicking on the Score Updates tab on the right hand side of the page.
