Oceanico International Open Confirmed - 28/09/2007

THE Oceanico International Open at Morgado has been brought forward one day, and will now be played from 16-18 May 2006.

The PGA EuroPro Tour will head to the Algarve immediately after the previous week's Verde Golf Azores Championship at Batalha GC in Ponta Delgada.

There will be two 30-team Pro-Am events in The Azores on both Tuesday 9 May and Wednesday 10 May, at both Batalha GC and Furnas GC.

However, there will be no Pro-Am at Morgado.

Accommodation in The Azores has been confirmed for players and guests at the four-star VIP Hotel at a vastly reduced cost of 192 Euros for seven nights, including bed, breakfast and all transfers to and from the course each day.

At the event at Morgado, it has been confirmed that players will be staying at the fantastic Oceanico Developments resorts at Jardin Meia Praia or Estrela Da Luz at a cost of 137 Euros for five nights. Again this includes bed, breakfast and transfers.
