DARREN PROSSER and Jonathan Evans share a one-shot lead at -5 going into the final round of The Squibb & Davies Demolition Classic at Players Club.
The duo followed up opening rounds of 69 with a two-under-par 70 on Wednesday to give themselves the advantage going into day three at the Bristol course.
Prosser (pictured) shot an eagle and three birdies in his round, while Evans posted four birdies and only dropped a shot at the ninth, where he took a double bogey six.
Northern Ireland's Damian Mooney dropped just one stroke in a round of 68 to move out to -4 alongside Ross Whitelock, who hit six birdies in a 69.
A round of 71 from former PGA Tour star John Morgan put him out to -3, alongside Darren Charlton, who followed his opening round of 69 with a level par 72.
David Fisher (71,71) is joined by another 2005 PGA EuroPro Tour winner Andrew Willey and David Jones (72,70) at -2, with six further players at one-under-par, including Ireland's Alan Murray - who matched Mooney's 68 to equal the day's lowest score.
