Play underway at Bovey Castle Championship - 19/06/2008

The sun has come out to greet the players who made the final round of the Bovey Castle Championship in Devon.

54 players will tackle the course today after the cut was made at six over par following two tough days of play in tricky weather conditions. The sun is shining today though which should lead to some improved scores and an exciting finale to the tournament.

Chris Hanson (pictured) holds the lead at three under par and tees off at 12.55pm with Graeme Brown, who is one shot behind. Simon Thornton and Gregory Bowden are also at two under and they tee off at 12.45pm, with George Gowan and Damian Mooney both at one under and starting their final round at 12.35pm.
