Preparation Key For PGA EuroPro Tour Success - 27/09/2007
AS WE approach the Wensum Valley International Open, the first tournament on the 2006 PGA EuroPro Tour, we caught up with Chief Executive Eddie Hearn.
Hearn's experience in golf management will deliver some interesting changes at tournaments this year.
He revealed: "I know what makes a champion and how players need to prepare to achieve success, having been working on tours around the world for the past eight years and know that preparation is absolute key.
"At any level players need to deserve to do well and whilst you can rely on natural ability at times, those who have done everything right can stand on the tee box and leave it in the hands of destiny - and that's a nice feeling.
"Next week at Wensum Valley we will be introducing Allison Dyer and Rebecca Lobb of TSPM to give players an opportunity to utilise other outlets within their tournament preparation."
TSPM will be offering on-site mental and physical conditioning support at all PGA EuroPro Tour events throughout the 2006 season.
