Rainy opening to Les Bordes second round - 21/10/2001

The bad weather that has followed the Ivobank PGA EuroPro Tour in 2008 has arrived at the Les Bordes Tour Championship in France.

Showers greeted the players on the morning of the second round, where the last groups have just begun their rounds. Martin Le Mesurier (Vear Group) and Colin Roope (wstore.co.uk, pictured) are both one under par, with Alan Murray (Greystones GC) and Aran Wainwright (DP Publicity) a stroke behind them after level opening rounds.

Nicky Harris (Nevill) has made a move early today with three birdies on the front nine taking him to one over for the tournament after 27 holes.
