Final Stage will be be played the following week at Frilford Heath in Oxfordshire, with the PGA EuroPro Tour season beginning on 1 May at Wensum Valley.
"The response for entries has been amazing," said PGA EuroPro Tour Managing Director Eddie Hearn.
"The past two years have seen increasing numbers of players joining the PGA EuroPro Tour, further establishing its status as the world's leading developmental tour.
"We were expecting big numbers in 2007, but to double our entries so far on last year's numbers is astounding.
"At this rate, we expect to have a full field of players at all four courses in Stage One before the published deadline date."
The entry fee for all players is £375, which covers both stages of the PartyPoker.com Qualifying School. There is a prize fund at both stages.
Entry for Stage One closes on Friday 23 March, and Final Stage entries close on Wednesday 28 March.
