SHANE FRANKLIN from Ireland leads Final Tour School after round two - 17/06/2008

SHANE FRANKLIN from Ireland joined the Professional Ranks last week at PGA Euro Pro Tour Pre-Qualifying Stage and comfortably qualified through to the Final Stage where he has played two magnificently controlled rounds to lead a strong field of rising stars in Professional golf from Britain, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Korea.

Shane scored 68 on the Pavenham Course with four Birdies and an Eagle and then followed up with an excellent 66 at The Bedford Golf Club, having started with a dropped shot and ended on the last hole with a dropped shot and had 6 Birdies and an Eagle in between.

Shane leads from a very strong young field of talented players on this rapidly growing Developmental Tour. With the Final Round to be played tomorrow Thursday.
