Weather looking good in Northants - 14/08/2001

The sun is shining in Northampton and a busy day lies ahead as the players complete their outstanding first rounds and begin their second round from 9.30am.

Noel Fox (MMI) has just completed his first round and leads the way at four under par at Whittlebury Park. Peter Richardson (Eden GC) has joined Robert Perrett (Clevedon GC), Simon Thornton (Royal County Down) and Robert Steele (Kenilworth GC) in a four-way tie for second spot at three under.

Live Scoring will be available shortly on the site as the PGA complete the scoring from the first round.
