Whitehouse Holds Final Stage Lead - 04/11/2007

FORMER PGA EuroPro Tour star Tom Whitehouse holds a one-shot lead at the half-way mark of European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage.

Whitehouse is sat on eight-under-par following three rounds at San Roque, a shot clear of David Griffiths.

Robert Rock, who starred in the PokerMillion.Com Classic at Collingtree Park earlier this year, is in third place on -6.

Shaun Webster is one of five players tied on -2 in ninth place, while Denny Lucas, another former PGA EuroPro Tour player, is also among the top 30 at present.

Kieran Staunton is among eight players a shot away from a place in the top 30 at +3, while Inder van Weerelt is a further stroke back.
