Yes! Classic underway at The Players Club - 15/07/2001

The Yes! Classic began early this morning, and as we approach lunchtime at The Players Club in Bristol, Graham Gordon leads the way at four under.

Gordon (SWM Golf Management) started his round on the back nine and took on the front nine at one under. He has stormed through the first three holes of the course with birdies to move to four under after 12 holes, looking to post an impressive first round tally.

Sean McDonagh (The Grand Golf Club) is a shot behind the Scotsman also after starting on the back nine. He picked up a bogey first off on the tenth, but that is his only blemish to date, claiming birdies at the 12th and 17th then back to back birdies and the second and third.
